FREE SHIPPING within the United States. International customers, please contact us for special arrangements.
- Stock orders received before 2 PM EST will be processed the same day or the next business day. Backorders and special orders will be shipped within 3-4 weeks.
- All orders will be shipped overnight, but Friday shipments will arrive on Monday.
- Orders received on Friday/Saturday/Sunday, or during holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number. We fully insure each item for the final purchase price, from the time it is in transit until the time it arrives at its destination. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O.boxes. Signature is required at the time of delivery. Should your package arrive damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Leeza Braun purchase. To help ensure your full satisfaction, we accept merchandise for return within 10 days of the date of delivery. Return merchandise must be in original new condition. Please be aware that exchanged items, custom orders, special orders and altered items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.
To be eligible for return, your purchase:
- Should not show signs of wear or damage.
- Must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain your RA number and a return shipping label, please e-mail email@example.com or call 646-753-9555
- Return merchandise must be received with the sales receipt and all original packaging and enclosures.
- We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that is returned after 10 days or that does not meet the above requirements.
Returns must be shipped to Leeza Braun, Inc., 50 W 47th Street, Suite 2100, New York, NY 10036. It is important to package your return carefully. Please place your return package inside a second shipping box. For security purposes, do not write “jewelry” anywhere on the box. Please note that return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. Once your merchandise has been accepted for return, we will send you an e-mail confirmation and process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible – usually, within a few business days. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We cover any defects in the manufacturing of your Leeza Braun jewelry for 1-year from date of purchase, that results in the loss or breakage of diamonds and precious metal. Please be advised that this does not cover accidental or incidental breakage, normal wear and tear, theft, loss, or any damage that our professionals deem is not due to craftsmanship related issues.
It’s important to note that all repairs and alterations to your Leeza Braun jewelry, must be completed by us. Service or alterations of any kind by a jeweler other than Leeza Braun Inc. will VOID this warranty.
